WHO are we?

We are a team of Professional Analytics Consultants serving Fortune500 clients primarily in the US. Our company has offices in Minneapolis, Chicago and Sofia. Our team is international with members based in the US, UK, and Bulgaria. We build analytic capabilities for our clients, offer custom analytic solutions, provide deployment of predictive algorithms as well as provide data visualizations and dashboarding.

WHAT we offer:

We have positions open to junior team members who will support our data science team. You would be working with team members of at all levels of seniority. You will frequently be interacting with everyone from the CEO of our company to fellow junior analysts. You will learn a ton with us! You will further build out your analytic skillset and will hone your data management skills. You will apply critical thinking in solving complex business problems that entail managing large datasets. You will learn how to apply statistical and econometric techniques to answer a wide variety of business questions.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform analyses on large and small data sets to build analytical reports and extract meaningful insights
  • Extract, clean, and transform data
  • Execute data modeling with concrete guidance and direction from senior members of the team
  • Have familiarity with statistical techniques such as clustering, build/test splits of samples, regression statistics, predictive modeling, and other analytic techniques
  • Create visualizations and build dashboards for reporting or simulation purposes

Education:

  • Current undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, e.g., statistics, mathematics computer science, economics, physics, etc.
  • Any other related certifications will be a huge plus, e.g., certificates for data analytics\science course completion at DataCamp, Udemy, Coursera, etc.

Technical skills:

  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Some experience with Python (any of the following packages: Numpy, Pandas, scikit-learn, xgboost)
  • Some experience with SQL (select queries primarily)
  • Some experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Matplotlib, D3, Plotly)

Any of the following will be considered an advantage:

  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Experience with machine learning is a plus
  • Experiance with Google BigQuery
  • Experience with Snowflake
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience with Relational databases
